	ANSWER: Click on the “Interested in becoming a Toyota Supplier” link off of the ToyotaSupplier.com home page to submit your company profile for consideration. Also, review the Suppliers Guide section on the home page for details concerning Toyota’s purchasing principles and development efforts.

	QUESTION: How do I receive a member login?
	ANSWER: Toyota will distribute member login ids to existing suppliers based on business need. If you are an existing supplier and believe you need an id, please contact your company’s supplier administrator for the appropriate procedures when requesting access to ToyotaSupplier.com. If you do not have a company administrator for ToyotaSupplier.com or do not know whom that person is send an email detailing your request to ToyotaSupplier@tema.toyota.com

	QUESTION: How do I get more details about the Community Connection program?
	ANSWER: Click on the Community Connection link off the ToyotaSupplier.com home page for an overview of the program. The most recent press releases from these events will appear under the News Link off the ToyotaSupplier.com home page. Toyota selects suppliers to participate in this program based on a number of different criteria.

	QUESTION: How do I find out more information about the Supplier Diversity program?
	ANSWER: Click on Supplier Diversity on the ToyotaSupplier.com home page and then click on the Questions/Comments link on the Supplier Diversity page to submit your questions via email.

	QUESTION: How do I get my password reset to login into ToyotaSupplier.com?
	ANSWER: Contact your company’s supplier administrator for ToyotaSupplier.com for the appropriate procedures to get a password reset.

	QUESTION: How do I connect to ToyotaSupplier.com?
	ANSWER: Please contact your company’s IS department to determine where the problem exists.

	QUESTION: How do you navigate through the ToyotaSupplier.com web site?
	ANSWER: The home page contains links to subsequent sections on About Toyota, Partnerships Newsletter, Suppliers Guide, Supplier Diversity, Community Connection, and News. From lower levels use the navigation bar to return to the home page and to jump to other sections on the site.

	QUESTION: Where can I find more information about Toyota and Lexus models?
	ANSWER: Visit Toyota.com and Lexus.com websites for the latest information on Toyota and Lexus models (links are on bottom right side of public home page).

	QUESTION: What is the Member login?
	ANSWER: Member login provides existing suppliers personalized access to Toyota applications and documents. Toyota will distribute member login ids to existing suppliers based on business need. If you are an existing supplier and believe you need an id please contact your company’s supplier administrator for the appropriate procedures when requesting access to ToyotaSupplier.com.

	QUESTION: Why do some web pages barely fit or do not fit on my screen?
	ANSWER: The minimum screen resolution for this site is 800 x 600 at 256 colors. If your computer is operating at 640 x 480, the images will not fit on your screen properly.

	QUESTION: What applications or browser do I need to view web pages on this site?
	ANSWER: This website uses Internet Explorer 5.5 and above, or Netscape Navigator 6.0 and above to display it's web pages. Some documents that are accessed on this website require Adobe Acrobat Reader.

	QUESTION: What qualifies a company as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) supplier?
	ANSWER: Companies must be certified by one of the National Minority Supplier Development Council’s (NMSDC) regional affiliated councils and meet NMSDC’s definition of a minority-owned business (see the MBE data entry form on the Supplier Diversity page for detailed definition and to submit your company’s registration).

	QUESTION: How do I get my company registered in Toyota’s Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) database?
	ANSWER: Download and print the Minority Business Enterprise Form. Mail the completed form and supporting literature to the address listed on the form.
